This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Philadelphia follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Honestly one of the best dining experiences Iβve had in all of Philadelphia. I have worked for years in another Thai place in the city, so I am very familiar with both Thai food and the restaurant industry in general. With that being said, I have pretty high expectations when I go out to eat. My expectations werenβt just met; I was blown away to the point of feeling compelled to leave this review! Both the food and the service here were incredible! For starters, this was the best green curry I have ever had. The eggplant and veggies, the high quality shrimp, and all of the Thai flavors and spices came together to make a perfect combination. The flavors and texture of the drunken noodle were also fantastic and so were the duck raviolis. (Great pricing as well. Especially for the area.) Additionally, everyone on the staff was incredibly attentive and sweet. We were taken care of the entire meal, and everyone was so kind to us. I told our server I will be moving tomorrow, and they offered me a celebratory dessert simply out of the kindness of their hearts, wishing me well. This was my last meal in Philadelphia and certainly one of the best most memorable dining experiences i had o

Excellent service and well-seasoned food!!! This is my second time here at JJ Thai and it still surprises me with how good the food is. Although the price is on the pricier end, I do think itβs worth the try. And very friendly staff who explains the food options/specialty really well. Impeccable atmosphere and I can see a lot of seniors coming in just to sit here for wine and dessert, which is absolutely lovely! Will come again and again!

The ambience was great and our server was really good. The place speaks for itself, it was full on a weekday too. We ordered Chicken Drunken noodles and Chicken Pad Thai. Drunken noodles tasted amazing. The portion sizes were really good as well. Iβd highly recommend the place!

As someone who loves Thai food, this place has been on my must try list forever ππβ¨ Food: 5/5. It was just SO good. We got their βfamousβ duck salad, the green curry with chicken, and the drunken noodles with shrimp. So flavorful, aromatic, and fragrant. Presentation was immaculate. Service: 5/5. They were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Filled my water glass almost instantaneously every time I drank it all. Atmosphere: 5/5. Dark, moody, and red! Perfect aesthetic dinner spot with friends and family. Small and compact but not cramped. Also loved the addition of the lamps on each table which you could adjust the light settings on. Overall, definitely one of my favorite Thai spots in the city! Highly recommend, and as someone who tries not to go to the same place in the city twice, definitely intend on coming back.
